¡¸As ¡¸digital
automatic fire-extinguishing system¡¹ has grafted the digital
technology into every circuit and system, such pre-forecast/early-detection/prompt-repression
of fire are realized upon the constructed DB that has
storing/searching/transmitting and analyzing of detection/repression
information, also, as watching/controlling in real-time
by transmitting the matter of fire breaking-out into the
monitoring program based on such analysis of ultraviolet/infrared
rays¡¯ wavelength occurred in case of early fire-flame
and distinguishing/discrimination of actually detected
temperature (Alarm) & forecast-detect temperature
(Pre-alarm), it is such a state-of-art digital fire/disaster
prevention system that is able to do ultra-fast repression
within 10 seconds in case of fire break-out, therefore,
it may be applied for electricity control panel-board,
tunnel, powerhouse, operating (computing) room, vehicle
line, aging room, transmitting repeater station, LCD &
PDP work-process, and production line of semi-conductor.
Additionally, this is such a system that has been optimized
for fire prevention and temperature forecast since this
system is able to transmits the information data values
within the protection zone and equipments into the remote-monitor
in real time and both direction based on such all digitalized
processing of watch/control and forecasting detection.
Installation case of digital forecast detection and automatic fire-extinguishing system
Once the temperature detector and fire-flame detector
detects the fire occurred within the protection
zone/area, fire signal gets immediately
transmitted into the BESTOUCH-PKG through contact point
or data communication. The BESTOUCH-PKG
makes siren and alarm sound and blocks/intercepts the
vent facilities of the
semi-conductor equipments. Then, it starts
to make such proper management/process for radiating
fire-extinguishing chemicals. After
the fire-extinguishing chemicals stored in the container
of the BESTOUCH-PKG pass through the
pipe, they get radiated to the protection
zone/area through the radiation nozzle. Within
the time period of over 10 sec and under 30 sec, such
fire-extinguishing chemicals get radiated
and repress the fire occurred. The BESTOUCH-PKG
transmits every operation status to the monitoring program
through data
communication. Fire breaking-out
and fire repression status/process are monitored in real-time
at the central disaster
prevention center through such monitoring
program.
The temperature detect sensor detects the temperature
inside the Duct in real-time. The temperature
detected in real-time is indicated on the front of T/C,
and the value of temperature is
transmitted into the Bestouch-PKG. 1st alarm
is made at the before-stage of fire. Such emergency
fire alarm is made by voice and/or siren right at the
time that the fire is distinguished
as fire breaking-out. Then,
fire-extinguishing gas that PKG has gets automatically
radiated right away. The gas
radiated immediately represses the fire. All these
events get transmitted into the remote-monitoring computer
in real-time. It is
possible to watch in real-time at the control center and
it is also saved into the computer hard
drive for any-time analysis.
In case of fire breaking-out on the electricity control
panel-board that is difficult to be managed directly
by human, fire-signal is input through the
fire-flame detector and temperature detector, then the
automatic fire-extinguisher radiates fire-extinguishing
gas (Co2) automatically through the nozzle for
repressing the fire occurred.
